Brilliant articulation of the founder-to-leader transition. The shift from proving competence through doing to creating the enviroment where others excel is tough to internalize, especially when that direct contribution gave so much early validation. I've struggled similary with delegation opportunity cost, always thinking "just 10 minutes" until it becomes weeks. The honesty about power dynamcis even in flat structures is refreshing, most leaders pretend informal culture erases hierarchy when it just makes it less visible.
